BlitzPrompts Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the BlitzPrompts Chrome extension, website, and related content (together, the "Services"). By using BlitzPrompts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) What BlitzPrompts Is

BlitzPrompts is a free Chrome extension and website for saving, organizing, and using prompt templates and related prompt-building tools.

The current version of BlitzPrompts:

  • does not require an account
  • does not offer paid plans or subscriptions
  • stores your saved extension library locally in your browser

2) Eligibility

You must be old enough to legally agree to these Terms where you live. BlitzPrompts is not intended for children under 13.

3) Your Use Of The Services

You may use BlitzPrompts only in a lawful way. You agree not to:

  • break any law or violate someone else's rights
  • use BlitzPrompts to distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
  • interfere with, damage, or try to gain unauthorized access to the extension, website, or related systems
  • copy, resell, or redistribute BlitzPrompts materials as a competing product

We may limit, suspend, or stop access to the Services if you misuse them.

4) Your Content

You keep ownership of the prompts and other content you create and save using BlitzPrompts.

You are responsible for what you create, save, copy, or submit through BlitzPrompts. That includes making sure your content does not break the law, violate contracts, or infringe someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Because the current extension stores core library data locally in your browser, you are also responsible for managing and backing up anything important to you.

5) Third-Party Websites And Services

BlitzPrompts works on or links to third-party services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Qwen, DeepSeek, and Kimi, and may also link to the Chrome Web Store or other external pages.

Those third-party services are not controlled by BlitzPrompts. Their own terms, privacy policies, content rules, uptime, and behavior apply when you use them.

You are responsible for what you send to third-party AI tools and for reviewing any output before relying on it.

6) Website Templates And BlitzPrompts Materials

Templates, branding, copy, design, and other content we provide through BlitzPrompts remain our property unless we say otherwise.

You can use templates and materials from BlitzPrompts for your own personal or internal work. You may not sell, republish, or package BlitzPrompts materials as your own competing template library, extension, or product.

7) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how BlitzPrompts currently handles data. By using the Services, you also agree to that policy.

8) No Guarantees

BlitzPrompts is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not promise that:

  • the Services will always be available, error-free, or secure
  • saved data will never be lost
  • BlitzPrompts will work perfectly with every browser, device, or third-party AI website
  • prompts, templates, or outputs will be accurate, useful, legal, or fit for your specific situation

9) Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, BLITZPROMPTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, BLITZPROMPTS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

Some places do not allow certain liability limits, so part of this section may not apply to you.

10) Indemnity

If your use of BlitzPrompts, or content you create or submit through it, causes a claim, loss, or expense for us because you broke these Terms or the law, you agree to be responsible for those costs to the extent allowed by law.

11) Changes And Availability

We may change, update, pause, or discontinue any part of BlitzPrompts at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the Effective Date above. By continuing to use BlitzPrompts after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state where BlitzPrompts is based, without regard to conflict of law rules.
